It's crucial to realise that the maintenance requirements for scooters vary. By following TELTRON's care tips, you can enhance the battery life of your scooter
Battery Care
Always use a damp cloth to clean the battery in case of dirt.
Never wash the battery with water.
Always charge the battery under shade or in a ventilated area.
It is not recommended to charge the battery under direct sunlight.
If you are not using your scooter for a while, it's good to charge your battery to 60%. This will help boost battery life.
Never dismantle the battery casing under any circumstances.
Charging
Connect your charger to a Standard (earthed) socket.
Never connect the charger in a non-standard (unearthed) socket.
Ensure the charge levels of the battery is above 55V at all times.
Do not ride the scooter if the voltage drops below 53V.
When you are charging the battery, make sure the scooter is switched off.
Use the Teltron authorized charger only to charge your Teltron vehicle.
